Breydel half-shank

A Breydel half-shank, as the name says, is half a shank, a single small bone with a nice portion of herb-flavoured meat. The shanks are sprinkled with herbs and braised in the oven. This lends the typical herbal Breydel flavour.

 

The half-shanks are made fully in the traditional methods, you can see and taste that! You can prepare it hot on the grill or barbecue or simply pan-fry it. The Breydel half-shank is also very easy to heat up in the microwave. A few minutes suffice before you can feast your senses! Finger-licking good flavour!
