Breydel Shank

This oven ham, in Belgium known as ‘calf biter’ weighs about 650 grams and is made in the same traditional method as the Breydel Ham.

This results in juicy, tender hams. Uniquely braised with a herb bouquet, it has a distinct flavour.

The shanks are braised in our ovens already, which means very little cooking loss in your oven.

Tip: A great hit in your mashed dishes or in combination with sauerkraut. And highly recommended for barbecues.
