Breydel Nut Ham

The nut ham is the smallest muscle in the ham. This is a lean cut of meat that is naturally the most full-flavoured. It is less favoured due to its shape, yet it sports extra qualities. This small oven ham is prepared the same way as our other Breydel Ham. Creating this shape enabled us to give this small lean ham the place it deserves.

With a weight of just 1.5 kilos, this Breydel Ham could be classed as a mini ham - but it has no bones or fat. This ham can be offered as a cold-cut. But it will excel if you slice it thickly and serve it with a sauce as a hot ham off the bone, ready to go.
